Last week, I had the pleasure of photographing a Day in the Life of Swizz Beatz for Billboard. It was a really amazing day – we began at a Music Unites event at the Intrepid, which is devoted to creating and continuing music education in underfunded schools. We spent time at his recording studio, stopped by an art gallery, got dinner, and finished the day backstage at VH1′s Save the Music event at the Hard Rock Cafe in Times Square. Here’s a quick behind-the-scenes photo with Waka Flocka Flame, Swizz Beatz, and French Montana.
Part of the day included a “flash-mob” in front of Fuse, and it was wild to see people’s reaction to him suddenly performing on the street with the Knicks dancers. By the time it was over, it was pretty much chaos trying to get back into the Fuse building, with fans going crazy. We did the shoot on the same day his new album Future History was released, which 
Sadly, I did not win, but I’m pretty sure that after some more practice, I could kick some butt.
